Edden Proper

.

The coasts and islands of the Shining Seas of Edden are what make up the realm known as ‘Edden Proper’.  These lands forested and cliff laden, are densely occupied, and have been for thousands of years.  Populated by the Dwarven & Parsian peoples originally, these lands have come to incorporate the Wanu & Uo as well.  Though these races are not apart of a homogeneous state with one another, all of the races delegate stewardship of the greater realm (Edden Prime) to the Ninavor.

Due to the massive scale of Edden Prime, this developed region is the size of two standard realms combined, and holds over thirty four billion people. Much of this number is attributed to the Ninavor, and other Dwarven races.  For their longevity has created family lines where most heads of households live to see up to five generations of descendants, and each pair usually raise up six or more children.

Effectively planned out grandpolises, or the largest of Dwarven cities, have been built up over thousands of years, with each generation building onto and incorporating their own designs in a cohesive model.  Furthermore the many estates that make up these impressive metropolitan areas are under constant maintenance, and perpetually look homely and spacious, with many features hidden in subterranean recesses.  Some estates are managed even to a point where those responsible for the grounds keeping and structural maintenance end up with the property as inheritance, and keep right on down the line preserving the image of those spacious abodes.

While the demand for resources is still ever pressing on the surrounding environments, most all of the parks, glades, and river ways between estates are still wild with life, and mapped out in a way as to connect them to the greater wildernesses beyond.  In those wildernesses closely monitored, and managed lands are allowed to the Wanu and Uo inhabitance of Edden.  These reserves are technically only afforded the Vivaltren Peoples at the leisure of those Ninavor and Photolin authorities who oversee the various domestic regions those titanic lifeforms call home.

Outside of grandpolises and other Dwarven freeholds are the various peninsular and island bound Kingdoms of Parsian peoples.  Though heavily inspired by dwarvish architecture and benefiting from their craftsmanship in many regards.  These joyous, playful people are a society of talented artists and athletes who make a colorfully unique world of their own within the bounds of their territories.  Many of these lands are mapped out with a sense of social interaction in all things, and therefore take on an appearance of amusement parks, with roads and waterways designed with a purposeful intention of having them easily transitioned into venues for athletic events and performances of the arts.
