The Devine Waters of Agni or Voget Bai, is the boiling ocean realm that surrounds the fire of Agni and is encased within the ice of the ‘Outer Realms‘ where it can never run dry of water. This same sphere of ice formed around Voget Bai also forms the ‘Astral Barrier‘ to the skies above Dracon.
Here reside the Aeonic people (Vogets & Susinai). Much of what is known about this highest of realms comes from the accounts of these beings. Very few who have ever reached these heights, and were not born to its inhabitance, have ever done so in a physical form. These Aeonic peoples are a very spiritually developed society who exist in a manner that allows a constant astral state awakened within themselves. While the home of these inhuman beings appears to be a boiling underwater hellscape, when traveled to while not possessing a corporeal form, the delights one can appreciate are hard to describe. Appearing to most to be best compared to the heavenly beauty that is the sacred abodes of those enigmatic astral deities.
