Pheopris

This ruinous realm of which the Imps alone called home, is found at the very base of Meru, enveloping the entire west side of the foothills of that cosmic mountain. Here many wide stretching plateaus, and rolling high bluffs stand as the dominant landscapes.

Just beyond the highest of the barren lands drop offs lies the ice of Plaith.
